PAGE 6 OF 6 entitle to receive just and equitable compensation for any work satisfactorily performed under this contract, except to the extent such work ~ust be duplicated in order to complete the contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing~ the Center shall not ba relieved of liability to the Purchaser for damages sustained by the Purchassr by virtue of an~ breach of this contract by the Center, and the Purchaser may withhold, payment of any additional sums as security for damages caused by the Center~s breach, until such time as the exact a~ount of the damages resulting from such breach is determined. 18. Termination for Convenience. The Purchaser or Center may terminate this contract for the convenience of the Purchaser or Center at any time by givin§ ~rritten notice of such termination and specifying the date thereof, at least fifteen (15) days before the effective date of such termination. In that event, all iiuished or unfinished documents and other materials produced or collected shall, at the option of the Purchaser, become the propsrty of the Purchaser and vice versa. If terminated either by the Purchaser or the Center~ the Center vii! be paid $1.0! per hour for ambulatory participants and $1.06 per hour for semi-ambulatory participants per unit for any units provided during the contract period. 15. Applicable La~.
