The Center et its oun expense shall procure and maintain for the duration of this contract for 'Comprehensive General Liability including coverage f6r personal injury hazards A, B, and C products and completed operations and contractual liability assumed under the indeunlcy provision of this contract for limits of not less than $500,000 bodily injury liability each occurrence/aggregate and ~250,000 property damage liability each occurrence/aggregate. Workers Compensation and Occupational Disease Insurance meeting the statutory requirements of the State of North Carolina and employers% liability insurance for an amount of not less than $100~000. If the Cen~er~ ~ith the permission of the Purchaser, subcontracts any of the ~ork or services under this contract, then the Center-shall require the subcontractor to carry the appropriate ~nsurance and to save harmless the Center and the Purchaser. Chan~es. The Purchaser may require changes in the ~ork and services -!:~ch the Center is to perferm hereunder. Such ~-~e~, ~nc2u~g any increase or decrease in the amount of the Center's compez, sation, ~hich are mu£~ly agreed upon by and between the Purchaser and the Center, shall be incorporated in ~rttten amendments to this contract. Conditions of this contract, if any, must be satisfactorily eddressed as specified in attachment A. The Purchaser may ~ithhold payments under this contract until these conditions are satisfied. 17. Termination of the Contract for Cause. ~f through any cause, the Center or Purchaser fails to fulfill in a tinely and proper menner obligations under this contract, or is the Center or Purchaser violates any of the covenants, agreements, representations or stlpulatioos of this contract, the Purchaser or the Center shall therefore have the right co terminate this contract by giving notice to the Center or Purchaser of such termination and specifying the date t~ereof. In such event, all finished documents and other materials provided by the Purchaser under this contract shall at the option of the Purchaser, become the property of the Purchaser and likewise ~n such event all finished documents and other ~aterials provided by the Center under this contract shall at the option of the Center become the p~operty of the Center. The Center shall be
