PAGE 3 OF 6 9- The Center shall furnish the Purchaser yeah a monthly program report which includes the date and time of service and a request for payment of units of service delivered. Such reports shall be furnished within ahree (3) working days after the end of each month. Request for payment ~.us: be itemized into units of service. 10. Interest of the Center. The Center covenants that neither the Center nor its ~gents or employees presently has an interest nor shall acquire an interest, direct or indirect, ~hich conflicts in any manner or degree with the performance of its service hereunder, or which would prevent, or tend to prevent the satisfactory performance of the Center's service herhnder, in an impartial a-' "abiased manner. The Center further covenants that in the performanc= o~ this contract no person hiving any such interest shall be employed by the Center ss an agent, subcontractor or otherwise. 11. Equal Employment Opportunity. (a) The Center shall not discriminate against any employee applicant for employment or subcont{actor because of race, color, handicap, religion, age, sex or national origin.
