<br /> three bids contained arithmetic errors, but none of the errors affected

<br /> VII. ~OIV~IENDATIONS:
<br />
<br /> It is our recommendation that the County accept the bids as received and
<br /> corrected on the bid tabulation. It is also our recommendation that,
<br /> upon receipt of the required permits and agency approvals, the contra~t
<br /> be awarded to the low bidder, Blythe Industries, Inc. in the amount of
<br /> $10,515,157.15.
