In ~ the cases we present ~e Bo~d of Com~ssioners wi~ the fac~ pertinent to ~e sltua~on h~ front of you. The recommenda~ons of zone ch~ges are b.~sad on land use ev~ua~ons. Decisions based on any o~er reasons ~e considered m'bl~a~ and capricious by ~e court. The f~st zon~g a~as ~endment is ~e con~ua~on of ~e "A-I review." Last mon~ the Bo~d of Co~ss~oners accepted ~he reco~enda~ons for most of ~e 500+ p~ce~s which were under renew. Four s~on maps, however, had suggested changes which were not accepted. In den~g ~es~ r~ommenda~ons %he s~ted that those scion maps should be re~ed and resubmitted ~o the Board. At ~e No%'e~er P~aB~G Bo~d me~ng ~ re~v~ua~n ~curred.
