Thi appeal to <br />Superior Cou~t must be filed within thirty (3o) days of the filing by the Secretary of the <br />Commission of the decision in the office Of the Zoning official or the delivery by the <br />Zoning Official of the notice required in 8.3-8, whichever is later. <br /> <br />8.1/ Du,/es of the Board of County Commissioners: Because of tile quasi-judicial nature <br />of the actions of the cabar~us County P!anning and Zoning Commission when acting as <br />a board of adjustment, the state law does nOt permit appeals of actions of the board of <br />adjustment to the Board of county Commissioners. The role of the Board of County <br />Commissioners is legislative in nature and confined to the adoption, amendment, and/or <br />rescission oS this ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
