The revisions have been proposed <br />because of the increase in staff hours, the increasing need for <br />professional consulting and especially the increasing costs for <br />advertising; all of which are needed to properly process <br />applications which will appear before the Zoning Board of <br />Adjustment, the Planning Board and the Board of County <br />Commissioners.
