The NCAES will deposit With CabarzqJs County AES the <br /> sum of One Thousand Four Hundred dollars ($ 1,400 ) which <br /> shall be used to deliver CONTRACTUAL SERVICES as specified <br /> in the attached innovative approach proposal with <br /> Doris Rogers as principal facilitator. <br /> Agent <br /> <br /> 2. Payment of the above sum shall be made within 30 days after <br /> execution of the agreement. <br /> <br /> 3. NCAES will oversee conduct of the project <br /> <br /> 4. Funds will be paid from N.C.
