DHCAC Membership Guidelines <br /> Page 2 <br /> <br />Committee members completing the l~qitial term may be reappointed for a two or three <br />year term. (You may eontaet the Regional Ombudsman to determine if the committee <br />member has been active and effective.) <br />Any vacancies should be f/i/ed by the appointment of a person for a one, year term. <br /> <br />The State Division of Aging may fii/ any vaeaney if the commissioners have not made <br />appointments within 45 days. <br /> <br />Members of the committee are not compensated for their work, but may be reimbursed <br />for their actual expenses (such as mileage).
