Section 3: Period of Performance. The Contractor shall commence performance of this contract on the day of , 19 ,. and shall complete the Progr&m with all practicable dispatch in a sound, economical, and efficient manner to the satisfaction of the Grantee no later than the 31 day of March ~ 19 90. Section 4: Cost of Program. In order to assist the C~ntractor in financing the cost of the Pro,ram, the Grantee will pay the Contractor an amount not to exceed the following: A. ) Weatherization Assistance Administration $ 1,662.00 Program Support $ 15,623.00 Materials $ 10,415.00 Subtotal ~ 27,700.00 B.) Training and Technical Assistance Training: Administrative and Technical $ 200.00 Consumer Education - $ 100.00 Travel $ 1100.00 Supplies/Equipment $ 100.00 Subtotal $ 1,500.00 TOTAL AWARD $29,200.00 These funds shall be drawn down monthly based on actual expenditures. In no event shall expenditures exeeed the au~rized budget for each subpart A and B. C.) Bud_~et Adjustments Budget line item expenditures must conform with the approved budget as outlined above for each subpart A and B. During the contract period, a Request for Budget Revision (line item transfer) must be submitted for approval by the grantee prior to any line item overage. Minor line item adjustments necessary to reconcile the budget with final actual expenditures within subpart & and/or Subpart B may be initiated without prior approval within 45 days of contract termination. B~dget adjustments may ~ot be made from one subpart to a~other. However, in no event shall administrative expenditures in subpart & e×eeed the 6% maximum available for administrative costs.
