Section 11: The continued performance oF this contract by the Gr~ltee is dependent upon the availability of fueds for this purpose. Sho~[ld ft~nds for this purpose cease to be available, this contract shall aut~r~tieally terminate. Section ~2: Honesty and Fidelity Bonds. The Contraetor shall maintain throughout thc duration of this Contract a Honesty and Fidelity bond that protects the program against theft, damages, or other abuses that may occur while this contract is in force. Such Honesty and Fidelity bonds should be at least 15% of the total funds awarded under this Contract. The Grantee recommends that the contractor also maintain liability insurance to protect against personal injury and property damage sustained during weatherization activities. Section 13: Weatherization Coordinator is designated as "Contract Administrator" with the responsibilities of monitoring the activities of the contractor with respect to its implementation of the program in accordance with the provisions outlined in parts I, II and III, and in certifying that work has been performed before invoices are paid. Section 14: The Contractor certifies that neither the organization nor any of its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participating in this Agreement by any Federal department or ageney.
