Cabarrus County <br /> Capital Project Ordinanc~ <br /> Cabarrus County Schools' Bond Fund <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus <br />icounty, meeting in session this 3rd day of April, 1989, that the <br />following capital Project Fund Ordinance for the Cabarrus County <br />Schools' Bond Fund is adopted for the life of the projects with <br />the following revenues and expenditures. <br /> <br /> A. It is estimated that the following revenue will be <br />available in the cabarrus County schools' Bond Fund for the life <br />of these projects. <br /> <br /> General Obligation Bond Proceeds $17,000,000.00 <br /> Interest on Investments $1,100,000.00 <br /> Total Revenues $18,100,000.00 <br /> <br /> B. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in the <br />Cabarrus County schools' Bond Fund for the construction, <br />renovation, debt service, and other expenses relating to the <br />authorized bond order. <br /> <br /> Cabarrus county schools $11,617,500.00 <br /> Kannapolis City schools $5,382,500.00 <br /> Contribution to General Fund <br /> (For debt service principal <br /> and interest payments) $1,100,000.00 <br /> Total Expenditures $18,100,000.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
