Cabarrus gount¥ <br /> capital Project Ordinance <br /> Rowan Cabarrus Community College Bond Fund (38) <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus <br />County, meeting in session this 3rd day of April, 1989, that the <br />following Capital Project Fund Ordinance for the RoWan Cabarrus <br />Community College Bond Fund is adopted for the life of the <br />project with the following revenues and expenditures. <br /> <br /> A. It is estimated that the following revenue will be <br />available in the Rowan Cabarrus Community College Bond Pund for <br />the life of the project. <br /> <br /> General Obligation Bond Proceeds $2,000,000.00 <br /> Interest on Investments $100,000.00 <br /> Sales Tax Refund $20,000.00 <br /> Total Reven~e$ $2,120,000.00 <br /> <br /> B. The following amol~nts are hereby appropriated in the <br />Rowan Cabarrus Community College Bond Fund for the construction <br />of Rowan Cabarrus Community College and other expenses relating <br />to the authorized bond order. <br /> <br /> Other Improvements - RCCC $2,120,000~00 <br /> Total Expenditures $2,120,000.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
