Cabarrus County <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> coddle Creek Reservoir Bond Fund (39) <br /> <br /> Be it Ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus <br />County, meeting in session this 3rd day of April, 1989, that the <br />following Capital Project Fund ordinance for the Coddle Creek <br />Reserv0ir Bond Fund is adopted for the life of the project with <br />the following revenues and expenditures. <br /> <br /> A. .It is estimated the following revenue will be available <br />in the Coddle Creek Reservoir Bond Fund for the life of this <br />project. <br /> <br /> General Obligation Bond Proceeds $8,500,000.00 <br /> Interest on Investments $600,000.00 <br /> sales Tax Refund $70,000.00 <br /> Total Revenue $9,170,000.00 <br /> <br /> B. ~e following amoui~ts are hereby appropriated the Coddle <br />Creek Reservoir Bond Fund for the construction of a dam and water <br />supply reservoir and other expenses relating to the authorized <br />bond order. <br /> <br /> Engineering $1,800,000.00 <br /> Other Improvements-Dam Construction $7,370,000.00 <br /> Total Expenditt~res $9,170,000.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
