Area Relationshigs: North, I-2 industrial uses; south, agricultural; east, <br /> 1-85, a~riculture,"gravel pit; west, agricultural (proposed airport site). <br /> <br />2. Permitted Uses in I-2 Zone: Example: assembly manufactured houses, bakeries <br /> and food products preparation, cement mixing plants, boat works and sales, <br /> brick yards, coal and wood yards, general manufacturing, extraction of earth <br /> products, flour and feed mills, hatcheries, iodustrial trade schools, metal <br /> foundaries, livestock sales, meat packing and poultry processing, metal <br /> fabricating plants, racetracks and dragstrips, radio and television studios, <br /> towers, salvage yards, advertising signs~ slaughter houses, truck and trailer <br /> rental, trucking terminal, warehousing, storage of petroleum products. <br /> <br />3. There is no water or sewer service to the property. <br /> <br />2. The land guide identifies this area for mixed use and residential purposes. <br /> <br /> 3.Ivey Cline Road has a qO' right-of-way at this property and the northern <br /> border is formed by two 90° degree turns in Ivey Cline Road. <br /> <br />4. The rezonlng includes two small pieces of property on the east side of 1-85 <br /> that at this time have no access. <br /> <br />5. All I-2 uses must be considered in any rezoning. <br /> <br />6. This property is in close proximity to 1-85 at the Poplar Tent interchange. <br /> <br />7. This property is adjacent to the proposed airport site and will be affected <br /> by the AAO overlay restrictions. <br /> <br /> <br />
