Area Relationships: North, residential; south, Fisherman's Cove; <br /> east, Farmer's Wholesale; west, residential. <br /> <br />2. Permitted Uses in C-3 Zone: Examples: amusement centers, auto repair, <br /> bakeries, car wash, clubs and lodges, food sales, hardware sales, <br /> laundromats, locksmiths and gunsmiths, offices, health clubs, restaurants, <br /> warehouses. <br /> <br />3.
