CABARRUS COUNTY INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS 1. Bids will be opened at tile time and place shown on the enclosed, "Invitation to Bid" form. Late bids will not be considered. 2. Ail bids of $10,000.00 or more require COunty Commissioners' approval. Tile Commissioners meet officially on the first and third Monday of each month. Once bids are opened, final Commissioners' approval will be requested at the next regular meeting thereof. 4. AWARD OF BID. Each bidder should submit a proposal on the enclosed Bid Proposal form provided. Eaci~ bid must be signed by an authorized official of this firm. Bids may be rejected if they show any omissions, alterations of form, additions not called for, conditional bid, or any irregularities of any kind. 6. The County reserves tile right to reject any or all proposals. It further reserves tbe right to waive formalities and technicalities insofar as it is anthorized to do so, where it deems it advisable in protection of the best interest of the 7. It is the County's policy to furnisb a bid tabulation to all bidders requesting same upon notification of award. Ail bidders are welcome at the bid opening. 9. This contract will be let by the County of Cabarrus for a period of one year beginning July 1, 1989 tbru June 30, 1990 by the County Commissioners to tbe successful bidder, and the unit prices, of each meal will be a firm price during the one year contract.
