OCLC Agreement, Member shall abide by standards set forth in OCLC <br />Level I and Level K Input Standards, dated November 1, 1977, as they <br />may be amended from time to time, or any other appropriate standards <br />which have been communicated in writing to Member. <br /> <br /> 3.02. Insertion of Cataloging. So long as Member is <br /> <br />a user of products and processes made available by SOLINET pursuant <br />to the 0CLC Aqreement, Member shall utilize the on-line catalog of <br />OCLC for creation of all catalog entities created by Member, <br />regardless of the sour0e of said entity and regardless of the date <br />of acquisition of the entity to be cataloged. <br /> <br />4. Terminals. The following provisions apply to <br />telecommunications terminals supplied by SOLINET to Member: <br /> <br /> 4.01. Terminal Availability. SOLINET will provide to <br /> <br />Member, upon written request and at a price set forth on Schedule A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, but subject to change upon <br />thirty (30) days prior written notice, terminals which, when <br />properly installed, are capable of accessing the on-line catalog <br />made available to Member through OCLC. <br /> <br /> 4.02. Assignment of Terminal Warranties. SOLINET <br /> <br />hereby assigns to Member, without recourse, the warranties with <br />respect to terminals which it obtained from OCLC pursuant to the <br />OCLC Agreement including, but not limited to, the ninety (90) day <br />terminal maintenance warranty, together with any other warranties <br />which it may obtain for Member in connection with the terminals <br /> <br />purchased by Member from SOLINET.
