pursuant to an agreement between Member and SOLINET, Member will <br /> provide maintenance and repair of such terminal pursuant to certain <br /> standards which will be provided by SOLINET to Member upon request. <br /> <br /> 4.06. Maintenance of Terminals. Member shall be <br />responsible for.obtaining maintenance and repair of all terminals <br />furnished through SOLINET. Member may enter into a maintenance <br />service agreement with SOLINET covering any and all terminals <br />purchased from SOLINET pursuant to this Agreement or, in the <br />alternative, Member may provide its own maintenanoe and repair of <br />the terminals purchased pursuant to this Agreement in accordance <br />with certain standards which will be supplied by SOLINET to Member <br />upon request. <br /> <br /> 4.07. Terminal Purchase. Member will, to the extent <br />practicable, purchase one terminal for every 11,000 titles cataloged <br />annually through the on-line catalog made available to Member <br />through OCLC, provided that for public libraries the acquisition <br />standard shall be one terminal for every 15,000 titles cataloged <br />annually. <br /> <br /> 4.08. Assignment of OCLC Indemnification. SOLINE~ <br />hereby assigns to Member, without recourse, the indemnification with <br />respect to terminals obtained by SOSINET from OCLC pursuant to the <br />oCLC Agreement, which indemnification provides that OCLC will <br />indemnify and hold harmless Member from all loss and liability <br />caused by damage to property and/or to person resulting from the <br />fault or neglect of OCLC, its employees, agents or subcontractors, <br /> <br /> -6- <br /> <br /> <br />
