5.01. OCLC Services. The charges for products and <br />processes provided to Member by SOLINET pursuant to the OCLC <br />Agreement are Set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein, which charges shall be subject to change upon <br />thirty (30) days prior written notice. <br /> <br /> 5.02. SOLINET Services. The other services described <br />in Paragraph 1 above shall be provided to Member by SOLINET pursuant <br />to the charges set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein, which charges shall be subject to change upon <br />thirty (30) days prior written notice. Billings for such charges <br />shall be rendered by SOLINET to Member monthly, or upon a <br />subscription basis, quarterly, semi-annually, 'or annually in <br />advance, at the respective discounts for each option in accordance <br />with the schedule designated as Exhibit B attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, which may be amended from time to <br />time. All charges billed monthly shall be due thirty (30) days from <br />the date of the invoice reflecting such charges. Billings to <br />members who have opted to pay for SOLINET services on a subscription <br />basis shall be made based upon Member's estimates of their use of <br />such services, provided that when charges for such services equal <br />all subscription amounts paid by Member, SOLINET will institute <br />monthly billings unless Member has chosen to enter into a new <br />discount subscription with SOLINET. <br /> <br />5.03.
