through OCLC shall be based upon each initial use through said <br />on-line catalog by a Member of a catalog record in said on-line <br />catalog for catalog production when the record was not input by <br />Member, which procedure is commonly referred to as "first-time <br />use." Bill£ngs for such cataloging shall be rendered by SOLINET to <br />Member monthly, or upon a subscription basis, quarterly, <br />semi-annually, or annually in advance, at the respective discounts <br />for each option in accordance with the schedule designated as <br />Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />which may be amended from time to time. All monthly first-time use <br />payments, and all payments made pursuant to billings of sums <br />representing the excess of actual over estimated billings for <br />first-time use, will be due thirty (30) days from the date of the <br />invoice reflecting such charges. Billings to Members who have opted <br />to pay for cataloging services on a subscription basis shall be made <br />based upon Members' estimates of their first-time uses, provided <br />that when first-time use charges incurred by Member equal all <br />subscription amounts paid by Member, SOLINET will institute monthly <br />billings of first-time use charges incurred by Member, unless Member <br />has previously chosen to enter into a new discount subscription with <br />SOLINET. <br /> <br /> 5.04. Unexpended Subscription Payments.
