the view of SOLINET, to collect from Member. Such tax shall be <br />added to the charses due and payable by Member hereunder. Member <br />may, at its own expense and in the name of SOLINET, challenge or <br />seek abatement of any such tax and SOLINET shall cooperate with <br />Member in that regard provided, however, that Member hereby agrees <br />to indemnify and hold SOLINET harmless from any apd all expenses <br />incurred by SOLINET in connection with said challenge or abatement. <br /> <br /> 7. Assignment of General Warranty and Representations to <br /> <br />Member. In addition to the warranties with respect to terminals <br />assigned to Member pursuant to paragraph 4.02 hereof, SOLINET hereby <br />assigns, without recourse, any and all representations and <br />warranties made by OCLC to SOLINET pursuant to paragraph 51.1 of the <br />'OCLC Agreement. This assignment is subject to any and all <br />limitations on the liability of OCLC, set forth in the~OCLC <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> 8. Warranties of Member. Member hereby warrants the <br /> <br />following to SOLINE~ as follows: <br /> <br /> 8.01. No UnDermitted Uses. Member will make no <br /> <br />application of the on-line catalog made available to Member through <br />OCLC which is not expressly permitted by the OCLC Agreement without <br />the express written permission of SOLINET. <br /> <br /> 8.02. No Adverse Affect on On-Line Catalog. Member <br /> <br />will make no use of the on-line catalog and teleoommunications <br /> <br />system made available to Member through OCLC that will have an <br /> <br />adverse effect on said on-line catalog and/or telecommunications <br /> <br />system. <br /> <br /> <br />
