5. CVAN agrees to hold the County and the Department of Social <br /> Services harmless for any and all liability, damages, or <br /> claims, including attorney's fees, that might be asserted or <br /> suffered by the County or the Department of Social Services as <br /> a result of any act or omission of any of CVAN's 'officers, <br /> employees, agents or representatives arising out ~f this <br /> contract. <br /> <br /> 6.
