I{unsucker, <br /> <br />After a recent inspection of. your property located on Illghway 601 <br />South, our office has found that you are in violation of tho <br />Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />The following violations now exist at this location: <br /> <br />1. The sign in front of your business is too large. (only 10 sq. <br /> ft. permitted) <br />2. Tile sign is portable which is not permitted by the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br />3. According to the Thoroughfare Overlay Zone, you are permitted <br /> to have only one driveway cut, therefore you must close your <br /> other entrances. <br />4. The landscaping required by the Thoroughfare Overlay Mona has <br /> not been put lute place. <br />5. Ail outside storage must be placed to the rear of the build- <br /> ing. <br />6.
