Area Relationships: North, residential; south, residential; east, <br /> Fire Department and agricultural; west, agricultural. <br /> <br />2. Permitted Uses in C-4 Zone: Examples: Animal hospital, auto repair and sales, <br /> clinics, convenience food stores, retail sales, electrical supplies, hardware <br /> sales, mini-warehouse, offices, plu~bing~and heating supply stores, restaurants, <br /> advertising signs, warehousing. <br /> <br />3. Site Plan: No site plan, <br /> <br />Detailed Findings and Compatibility with other Ordinances and Resolutions: <br /> <br />1. The property has an existing commercial buildi'ng on site which the <br /> petitioner has improved. <br /> <br />2. There are a number of commercial establishments in the area. <br /> <br />3.
