The Invitation for Bid, the reply, and corrections submitted to the Council are hereby made a part of this agreement as fully as if set forth herein. Ail services are to be performed in full compliance with the North Carolina Division of Aging Service Standards and Definitions, a copy of which has been furnished to and studied by the Agency. 3. Time of Performance. The services of the Agency are to commence no later than July 1,.1989 and shall be undertaken and pursued in such sequence as to assure their expeditious completion. All services required hereunder shall be completed on or before the end of the contract period, June 30, 1990 . 4. Compensation and Payments to the. ~qeney. The Agency shall be compensated for the work and services actually performed under this contract by payments to be made monthly by the Council. The total compensation to be paid the Agency under this contract may not exceed the "Grand Total" (as set forth in paragraph 2) in grant funds. Nevertheless, the Agency may also receive reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA funds) through the North Carolina Division of Aging and the Council, as specified in paragraph 4(e). It is understood and agreed, however, that the Council r~ceives monies to fund this Project from the North Carolina Division of Aging, and that Council's obligation to pay the Age-ney is'conditioned upon receipt of such funds. Payments,
