We suggest <br />that the request for bids seek bids for removal or demolition of each <br />individual structure and, as an alternate, the entire group of structures <br />as a whole. <br /> <br /> ConditiOns of the removal and any transfer should include the <br />following formal requirements at a minimum: <br /> <br /> 1. Removal of the structure and its foundation to ground level. <br /> <br /> 2. Removal and hauling off of all excess material from the <br />structure, i.e. cleaning the lot. <br /> <br /> 3. Sealing any existing well with a permanent cap. <br /> <br /> 4. Pumping out any septic tank and baCkfilling it with dirt and/or <br /> stone. <br /> <br /> 5. Removal of any buried or above ground oil or gas storage tanks. <br /> 6.
