Courthouse Lot shall be unlawful unless permitted by the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. CATEGORIES oF PARKING - <br /> <br /> Parking shall be permitted on the Courthouse Lot only in <br />parking spaces and only as follows: <br /> <br /> A. Public Parkinq: No parking spaces are designated as <br />public parking spaces. <br /> <br /> B. Parking Spaces for Court Officials: Eight (8) parking <br />spaces shall be reserved for the exclusive use of Court officials <br />of the General Court of Justice, more specifically reserved as <br />follows: Four (4) parking spaces for Judges of the Superior and <br />District Courts; and one (1) space each for the District <br />Attorney, the Clerk of Superior Court, the Court Reporter, and <br />the Magistrate's office. The location of each of these parking <br />spaces shall be determined by the County Manager, and these <br />spaces shall be designated by sign or other markings. <br /> <br /> C. Sheriff's Department and Jail Vehicles: Fifty-seven <br />(57) parking spaces are hereby designated as parking spaces for <br />vehicles owned or operated by the Sheriff, Sheriff's Department <br />or Jail employees or County-owned vehicles operated by Sheriff's <br />Department officers. Of these spaces, one (1) space shall be <br />reserved for each of the following officers: the Sheriff, the <br />Chief Deputy, the Captain ~(Operations), and the Captain <br />(Services). The location of these parking spaces shall be <br />determined by the County Manager, and these spaces shall be <br />designated by sign or other markings. <br /> <br /> <br />
