D. Law Enforcement Vehicles Parking: Eleven (11) Parking <br />spaces are hereby designated as parking spaces for law <br />enforcement vehicles. The location of these parking spaces shall <br />be determined by the County Manager, and these spaces shall be <br />designated by sign or other marking. Only official government- <br />owned law enforcement vehicles may be parked in the spaces <br />designated for law enforcement vehicles under the provisions of <br />this subsection. <br /> <br /> E. Parkinq Space for Reqister of Deeds: One (1) parking <br />space is hereby assigned to the Register of Deeds. The location <br />of ~his parking space shall be determined by the County Manager, <br />and this space shall be designated by sign or other markings. <br /> <br /> F. Commissioner Parking. On days when the Board of <br />Commissioners is holding a meeting, the County Manager may <br />designate five (5) spaces from the Law Enforcement Vehicles <br />Parking spaces as reserved spaces for the parking of the County <br />Commissioners. When said spaces are so designated, only County <br />Commissioners may park therein. <br /> <br /> G. Repair and Emerqency Vehicles: Vehicles being used <br />during repair or construction work, when it is necessary for them <br />to be parked in a space other than a parking space, and emergency <br />vehicles being used for emergency purposes are hereby exempted <br />from this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. PENALTIES <br /> <br /> A. Obedience to this ordinance is chargeable to the person <br />actually operating or in control of the vehicle at the time it is <br /> <br /> 3. <br /> <br /> <br />
