The treatment capacities to be <br /> allocated to the Jurisdictions and dischargers served by the County are <br /> included and a part of the County's 4.0 MOD Reserve Capacity. Prior <br /> written approval shall be obtained from the County before the City <br /> establishes or modifies any load allocations which are a part of the <br /> County's Reserve Capacity. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
