Seetlon D- Compensation <br /> <br />1) In consideration for the services provided by the City, the County <br /> shall pay its share of the cost for operating and maintaining the Rocky <br /> River Regional Wastewater Treatment System. The share of the cost and <br /> the method of payment shall be in accordance with a User Rate System <br /> that is adopted by the City and that complies with State and Federal <br /> requiremants. The Rate System and any changes or modification to the <br /> Rate System~ which establishes the base treatment rate, shall become a <br /> part of this agreement. <br /> <br />2) Payments will be due within twenty (20} days from the date of <br /> billing. <br /> <br /> <br />
