NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the pram sea <br />contained herein the parties hereby agree es follows: <br /> <br />1. The Applicant is hereby granted permission to connect <br />only those certain sanitary sewer lines ae hereinbefore <br />described, et the certain location or locations as <br />previously described herein. The permission so granted <br />shall not be construed as granting permiseioh for any <br />additions or extensions desired to bo constructed by the <br />Applicant or others~ such additions or extensions shall <br />require a eeparate and new agreement between the County and <br />the parties desiring to make such additions or extensions. <br /> <br />2. All construction pertaining to sanitary sewerage shall <br />be performed by a North Caroline licensed Utility <br />Contractor. The Applicant agrees to furnish to the County <br />Engineer the name and license number of the Contractor for <br />approval prior to the contractor being re.rained. <br /> <br />3. The Applicant agrees to employ at his own proper cost <br />and expense a Professional Engineer registered in North <br />Carolina who shall design, layout, and supervise the <br />construction of the sanitary sewer lines and all necessary <br />appurtenances including lift stations and force mains. The <br />design shall be in accordance with etendard design <br />guidelines as issued by the County Engineer. The <br />applicant's engineer will also be required to furnish a <br />complete set of "Record Drawings" indicating the "As Built" <br />configuration of the project when completed. The County <br />Engineer shall provide specifications for the construction <br />of the project. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall obtain all rights-of-way in width <br />satisfactory to the County Engineer. Said rights-of-way <br />shall be obtained in the name of the applicant and <br />transferred ID Cabarrus County at the conclusion of the <br />project. <br /> <br />5. The Applicant agrees to construct the sanitary sewer <br />lines, including any appur tenant structures and equipment, <br />according to the Plans and Profiles approved by the County <br />Engineer and in strict accordance with the current <br />speci f ical ions and design criteria for construction of <br />seni 1cry sewers in Cabar rue County issued by the County <br />Engineer <br /> <br /> <br />
