7. Any connections, additions, or extensions to the herein <br /> described sewer lines shall be mede only upon written <br /> permission of the County, Such connections~ addition, or <br /> extensions of.the herein described sewer facilities shall <br /> not be subject to any tap-on or privilege feee unless <br /> otherwise stated in this contract. <br /> <br />8. The applicant upon completion of nil the described work <br />shall request a final inspection and testing of the project <br />from the County Engineer. The inspection will be scheduled <br />within thirty (30) days of the date of the request. The <br />applicants request should be in writing along with a <br />statement from the appiicants engineer that the project ia <br />complete and according to epproved plane and epeci fications. <br /> <br />9. The applicant agrees to guarantee all materials and <br />labor associated with the project for a period of one (1) <br />year after the date of formal written acceptance from the <br />County. The applicant also agrees to be responsible for any <br />cost of warranty repairs that may have to be made using <br />County forcee during emergency situations. <br /> <br />tO. After completion of ell construction and final <br />inspections, tho Applicant's engineer shall prepare end <br />furnish to the county reproducible drawings of nil <br />construction plans revised to show any and ell revisions <br />encountered during construction. The drawings shel I be <br />marked "AS BUILT" and show the actual condition in which the <br />facility wes phyeical[y constructed. Further the ftna} <br />plans shall show the correct location of the facility aa it <br />relates to easements, right-of-way lines, roadways, <br />rat Iroeds, and all other physical features that would have <br />any effect or influence upon the operation or maintenance of <br />the conelructed facility. <br /> <br />I 1. It ia understood and agreed that when the described <br />sewer system ia completed to the satisfaction of Ihe County <br />Engineer and letter of acceptance is issued that the system <br />will automatically become the property of Cabarrus County <br />wi tbout cost to the County or fur ther agreement in <br />connection therewith. <br /> <br />12. The Applicant having constructed the system at his own <br />proper cost and expense and outside the County's standard <br /> <br /> <br />
