Application Schedule <br /> <br /> All local governments are eligible to apply for loans and/or grants <br /> from the Fund. The proposed schedule for the 1987-88 application <br /> process is as follows: <br /> <br /> January 15, 1988 (approx.) - State agencies will begin accepting <br /> applications <br /> <br /> March 31, 1988 - Deadline for Applications <br /> <br /> July, 1988 - AWards for loans and grants <br /> <br /> The application cycle for 1988-89 monies is expected to start in <br /> AUgust or September of 1988. <br /> <br /> Copies of the application form are available from: <br /> <br /> Coy Batten: 733-6900 - Department 4 of Natural Resources & <br /> community Development <br /> Jerry Perkins: 733-2321 - Department of Human Resources <br /> <br />Regulations <br /> <br /> Each county will be sent a copy of the interim regulations by <br /> mid-January. These interim rules have been approved by <br /> Environmental Management Commission and the Health Services <br /> Commission. <br /> <br /> Loan/Grant Limits <br /> <br /> The maximum amount of a loan to any jurisdiction during one year is <br /> $3 million.
