Dodge Plan Room, Charlotte, North Carolina. <br /> <br />Each proposal must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 5% of the <br />net price bid. This deposit may consist of cash, or a Cashier's <br />Check issued by or a Certified Check drawn on a Bank or Trust <br />Company authorized to do business in North Carolina, or a bank <br />insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a U. S. <br />Money Order payable to Cabarrus County, or 5% Bid Bond in the form <br />required by G.
