ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />On behalf of Cabarrus County, Dennis Yates Associates will receive <br />sealed bids for the censtruction of the Cabarrus County <br />Governmental Center at the designated Chambers of the County <br />Commlssi~ners, Cabarrus County Courthouse, Union Street, Concord, <br />~orth Carolina. <br /> <br />A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February <br />l, 1988, in the designated Chambers of the County Commissioners, <br />Cabarrus County Courthouse, Union Street, Concord, North Carolina. <br /> <br />Separate bids will be taken for General Construction, Plumbing, <br />Mechanical, and Electrical work as specified on the project plans <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />Sealed separate bids will be received in the office of the County <br />Manager, Cabarrus County Courthouse, Union Street, Concord, North <br />Carolina, until 2:00 p.m. on the 9th day of March, 1988, at which <br />time these Bids will be opened and read aloud. <br /> <br />Proposals must be made on forms furnished by Dennis Yates <br />Associates, and must be marked, "Proposal for (NAME OF CONTRACT) <br />Construction of Cabarrus County Governmental Center". The project <br />is located at the intersection of Church Street and Means Avenue, <br />Concord, North Carolina. <br /> <br />Drawings and Specifications will be available on and after February <br />8, 1988, and may be ordered by telephone (704) 788-9115 from the <br />Architect, Dennis Yates Associates, 18 Spring Street, NW, Concord, <br />North Carolina 28025. Prime Bidders for all contracts may obtain <br />one complete set of bid documents on a deposit basis. All other <br />sets for Prime Bidders are not refundable and issued on a purchase <br />basis only. Checks made payable to Dennis Yates Associates will be <br />accepted.
