and that the closing of the Roads/Easements is not contrary to the <br />public interest. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Petitioner prays that: <br /> <br /> 1. The Board of County Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus <br />adopt a resolution declaring its intent to close the Roads/Easements <br />and that a public hearing be held on the question. <br /> <br /> 2. The Board of Commissioners direct that a notice of the <br />closing and public hearing be prominently posted in at least two <br />places along each of the Roads/Easements, and that notice be placed in <br />a newspaper of general circulation in Cabarrus County once a week for <br />four successive weeks. <br /> <br /> 3.
