Section C- Waste Load Allocations 1) The-~i~t-y-~'and--the_Coun&y shhll negotiate a waste load allocation that will comply with state and federal regulations; protect the wastewater treatment facility from exceeding NPDES permit limitations and design loadings; and protect the receiving stream from untreatable and uncontrolled pollutants.
