Section B - Sewe~ Lfne Construction <br /> <br /> 1) As provided by state laws and regulations the-Cit~-agrees to <br /> develop and implement a state approved program of Permitting <br /> construction~ modification~ and operation of public and private sewer <br /> systems in the Rocky River Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant service <br /> areas. (Reference G.S. 143-215.1 (f) and Rule 15 NCAC 2H 0.0218). <br /> <br /> 2) The County and the City agree to carry out the terms and <br /> conditions of the state approved sewer system permitting program.
