Article I <br /> Wastewater Treatment Services <br /> <br /> Section A - SerVices <br /> <br /> 1) The City agrees to provide treatment~ at the Rocky River Regional <br /> Wastewater Treatment System~ of all domestic wastewater from the <br /> County's wastewater collection system. <br /> <br /> 2) The City agrees to provide treatment of all non-domestic <br /> wastewater from the County's wastewater collection system provided said <br /> nondomestic wastewaters and dischargers meet the terms and conditions <br /> of the~-~y~Sewer Use Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 3) AC~iC, y-agrees to adopt an~ update aa necessary a system of User <br /> Charges End Rates which conforms to state and federal requirements and <br /> will equitably distribute to the Users the cost of operating and <br /> maintaining the treatment system. <br /> <br /> 4) The City agrees to ,adopb-a~ewer-~Uee-Or~nance~A;h~t._w-i-l.~ comply <br /> with the State and Federal Requirements and control the wastewater <br /> discharged into the Reeky River Regional Wastewater Treatment System. <br /> ~The-Ci-t y- wi.l-l-up d a t e ~a nd_a~nd_t h e-Se~eT~LF~--O~'dinan c e~aa-.'n e ce ssa ry -a nd- <br /> <br /> ~5~)~ -~Th.~_~o~unty agrees to adopt a Sewer Use Ordinance that parallels <br /> the Sew~Use~Ordinance adopted by thc City The County's Ordinance <br /> shall be amended as neeessa-ry--to.~ n~re that all the requirements of <br /> the County's Ordinance are as strlng~t~.~the requirements of the <br /> City's Sewer Use Ordinance.
