McGinnis: <br /> <br />Attached is a letter from Mr. Tommy Hedrick of <br />Davidson Commercial Disposal, Inc.~ a subsidiary <br />of Waste Management of the Carolinas. Mr. Hedrick <br />is requesting permission to continue to service <br />the few commercial and industrial customers in <br />Cabarrus County until such time that existing <br />service agreements expire. I would recommend that <br />the Board of Commissioners allow Mr. Hedrick's <br />company to complete these service agreements as <br />permitted by Section X of the Cabarrus County Solid <br />Waste Ordnance. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />William F.
