Being an overlay zone, it does not control <br />Ihe pe~mi tted or conditional U.es therein but provides <br />addi lio~al development requirements and standards which are <br />applied within Ihe coverage area, <br /> <br />SITE PIAN REqUIREMENTS: Any of Ihe permitted or conditional <br />land uSus allowed In the underlylnD dlslrictCs) shall submit <br />a sit. plan with the following Information included; <br /> <br />t. looalion and arrangement of automobile parking, <br />access, and oirculallon patterns, <br /> <br />2. location and use of existing buildings, and <br />.cce.sory structures, <br /> <br />3. location of existing and proposed signs.
