Every use shall be so oper- <br />ated to prevent the discharge into any waterway, lake, or <br />the ground, and waste which will be dangerous or a nui- <br />sance to persons or animals, or which will damage plants <br />or crops, or any public water supply at or beyond the lot <br />lines of the property on which the use is located. The <br />Cabarrus County Health Department must approve non-indus- <br />trial wastewater treatment facilities up to three thousand <br />(3,000) gallons per day. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Odors. Every use shall be separated as to prevent the <br />emissions of objectionable or offensive odors in such <br />concentrations as to be readily perceptible at any point <br />at or beyond the lot line of the property on which the use <br />is located. <br /> <br />6, <br /> <br />Glare. Every use sharI be so operated as to prevent glare <br />of such intensity as to be readily perceptible from a <br />residential district. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Traffic Congestion, Each use shall be developed to pre- <br />vent. traffic congestion and noise generated by vehicles <br />related to its operation. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Buffering. Each use shall provide a buffer strip as <br />required by Section 5.10 of this ordinance where its <br />property linri abuts the property line of residential uses. <br /> <br />Additional Conditions: <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment shall maKe any additional conditions and <br />appropriate safeguards that it deems necessary in order to assure <br />that the spirit and intent of the ARR and A-2 Districts are not <br />impaired, Further the Board of Adjustment may make any of the <br />conditions set forth in this section more stringent in order to <br />protect the health, safety and welfare of nearby property owners <br />and the citi~ens of Cabarrus County, and to insure that the intent <br />of this sriction is upheld. <br /> <br />I <br />
