It is expected that the approval of the <br />State Aid to Airports funds can be matched by the appropriate local <br />funds needed to undertake the project. <br /> <br />In our earlier letter to you we enclosed a copy of our new "Program <br />Guidance Handbook" for State Aid to Airports. The Handbook provides <br />detailed information on the priority system. project administrative <br />procedures, and environmental requirements, Each project approved for <br />FY 1989 and following will be conducted in accordance with the <br />procedures in the Handbook, Please ensure thtit you are familiar with <br />the various sections of the Handbook which will affect your proposed <br />projects. <br /> <br />He look forward to receiving your requests for State Aid to Airports <br />for the next three years, Should you have any questions or comments <br />about the procedures. project eligibility, or other aspects of the <br />program. please do not hesitate to let us know, <br /> <br />S;Z'~ <br /> <br />Hillard G.
