<br />RECONHENDATIONS ON BUILDINGS A - F: <br /> <br />Hy recommendations on these buildings, that are located on Barbrick Ave" <br />Would be the total demolition of the structures, to provide much needed <br />parking space for the Public and County employees. <br /> <br />TRACT NO.4 CONTINUED: <br /> <br />BUILDIINGS G, II, AND I (UNION ST.) <br /> <br />Building G located on the corner of Union St. and Darbrick Ave" is presently <br />ocCupied by '(3) three tenants - Antiques Store, Christian Hinisteries, <br />and Legal Services also there are (,2) tHO vacant offices. <br />The first floor of this structure is suitable for office use, only on a <br />temporary basis, because of the conditions of roof membranes (seephotographs). <br /> <br />Duilding II, Union St., is not occupied it is not suitable for use as office <br />space (see photographs). Also the electrical Hiring is not to building <br />code specifications, <br /> <br />Building I, union St., is presently occupied by StOl<C' s Bonding Co" this <br />building is to small to use for any office space, also the roof is in need <br />of repair, "alls need to be painted, etc, <br /> <br />Building G and II, second floor area cannot be used for any purpose. The roof <br />leaks (see photographs).
