Archer, Aging Program Administrator <br />RE: Quarterly Status Report au Aging Programs <br />Enclosed are charts showing tile status of aging programs itl Region F for the period <br />July 1,1987 through March 31, 1988. Since three quarters at' the contract period have <br />been completed, at least 75% of all goals should have been reached. <br />Charts 1 througil 3 {3ertaJR to the Title III Serial Services aud ~XlutrJtJon programs. <br />Chart 1 reflects the persons served and traits of service goals, the Rumber served year <br />to date, and the percentage of the goal. Chart 2 shOWS the amount of grant funds earned <br />by contractors based on tile number or units of service provided Bnder performance based <br />contracting. Chart 3 is a report by agency on program income collected, t~.lso reflected <br />is the average amount of program income collected per meal served for congregate and <br />home delivered meals, CImrts 4 and 5 reflect the enrollment and expenditures of the <br />lead agencies involved in the Title V Senior Community Service Employment Project. <br />,.',lost contractors are near their g0al in providiRg units of service at 75% of the contract <br />period. IRclement weather days during January, 1988 caused some hardship for ~ few <br />Agencies in providing.e.~ ,~t',.' ~_s. Some services are currently, being reprogrammed (making <br />budget revisions) to allow ret bad weather or other unusual circumstances.
