Lentz, Chairperson <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lentz: <br /> <br />Please find attached a copy of my letter dated Beptember 3, 1986 <br />requesting information on the requirements for the City of Concord <br />to tap the Harrisburg Outfall. This request resulted in an effort <br />to establish a reciprocal tapping policy. However, the question <br />Of this tap has not been resolved. <br /> <br />The Rocky River/Coddle Creek/Wolf Meadow Creek Outfsll line is <br />essentially complete and the request to tap on needs to be <br />resolved as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Your prompt attention is appreciated. <br /> <br />Stephen H.
