Odell, III, County Engineer <br /> Re: Rocky River-Coddle Creek Outfall Sewer <br /> <br /> Dear Walter: <br /> The engineering and design of the first phase of this outfall sewer has been <br /> completed. This outfall begins on Rocky River at the Rocky River Church <br /> Road bridge and continues along Rocky River to Coddle Creek then North up <br /> Coddle Creek. This outfall sewer at this point is 30" in diameter. This <br /> project is scheduled for advertisement on September 7, 1986 to receive bids <br /> on October 7, 1986. <br /> Please advise this office of your requirements in order that the City may <br /> tap on to the Cabarrus County/Harrisburg outfall on Rocky River. <br /> Walter, I was unaware that no prior arrangements with the County concerning <br /> this project had been finalized.
