This work will <br /> focus upon key elements of the programs including public <br /> participation efforts, history of revenues, participation <br /> rates, collection and processing methods, and financing <br /> methods. <br /> <br /> · CDM will identify, develop, and evaluate alternative waste <br /> separation/recycling programs and dete~mine their <br /> applicability to the County. Thiswerk will include <br /> alternative collection methods such as user delivery systems <br /> versus organized collection systems.
