This wilt include an assessment of the costs, <br /> logistics, goals, and evaluation criteria for the program. <br /> <br /> A conceptual design for a recycling processing center will he <br /> developed and will include the sizing of equipment needed, <br /> building and grounds layout, and manpower projection needs. <br /> Capital and operation and maintenance costs will he <br /> estimated. <br /> <br />TASK E - REPORTS AND MEETINGS <br /> <br />CDMwill prepare and submit 10 copies of the final report.
